Survived the school holidays

Well our school holidays are now nearly over and we have survived quite well. We did quiet a few things to keep ourselves occupied. Last Friday we took a trip to Sheparton to go to Kids Town and the kids had a ball, well worth the trip. But to make it even better we called into the LSS there and it was fantastic. Lots of beautiful products to drool over and of course some much needed retail therapy was happening for me after many hours running around with the kids at the park. We did the regular trip to the movies and the indoor swimming pool. We have done lots of shopping for much needed summer clothing for all the kids, and let me tell you shopping for 5 of them can be a drain!!!!!!. ( on the mind as well as the pocket) We had a good clean up of the house today because the holidays were so busy it barely got touched. Tomorrow I'm getting myself all set for a scrapping day I have planned with friends on Saturday. A nice way to end a busy two weeks, me thinks. I haven't scrapped for nearly a week now, having a much needed break after a very busy scrapping couple of months. I feel refreshed and ready to go now on Saturday. I got this great photo of my eldest daughter while in Shep and this will be my main scrapping goal on Saturday as well as finishing off a couple of pages I got started on but haven't finished yet. Well I best get to bed so I'm fresh tommorow to start my scrap packing. Till next time, see ya.

I have spent all the time since starting this blog trying to remember my password to get back in. How silly of me. But here I am back again now maybe I can really get started.

Give it a go

Ok I decided to give this blog thing a go. A good friend of mine, Marie, has recently started one so I'm a little intrigued now. Don't know how often I will blog but at least I have one set up now.
